Terms & Conditions
Revisions and Change Requests
Each phase includes 2 rounds of revisions.Extra revisions will be charged ₹5,000 per round.Any change in scope will need a new estimate and approval.
Confidentiality and Ownership
All work remains Zurelabs’ property until full payment is made.Once payment is complete, ownership transfers to the client.Both parties agree to keep project details confidential.
Termination and Refund Policy
Client may end the project anytime before final delivery.Payments made are non-refundable once work begins.If the project is paused for more than 30 days due to client delay, a restart fee of ₹2k or 10% of total.(TBD)applies.Zurelabs may end the project for delays in payment or feedback.
Post-Launch Support
15 days of free support after launch for small fixes. Optional maintenance plan available at ₹3,000–₹20,000 per month.
Legal Terms
Zurelabs is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or 3rd-party issues.Client agrees not to reproduce or resell design or code without permission.All disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction (Mumbai, Maharashtra).
